Since becoming a mom 7 years ago, I’ve learned to simplify every aspect of my life. Originally, it was out of pure survival, but once I came up for air I realized it was actually a better way of living! From predictable meals all the way to setting boundaries as a daughter, this work has allowed me to feel ease and joy and truly be present in my life.
Being a good daughter is where the notion of “good” started. Once I noticed I was limiting my own life by being good in everyone else’s, my world opened in new and expansive ways!
